Upasna Acharya is a final year post-graduate student in International Cooperation and Development studies at Mid-Western University, Nepal offered in collaboration with University of Pavia, Italy. Upasna is associated as a Research Intern with Women in Environment in LCC Project. Her key roles are to conduct literature review on Climate Change adaptation, review climate related policies of Nepal, assist in preparing village/ community profile & methodology and assist in organizing local advisory meeting. Her research focuses on assessing the sustainability of sugarcane production in Mahottari district of Nepal.
